Dear God, I know that I am a sinner and I need forgiveness. I know that only your son, Jesus Christ through His shed blood can cleanse me of my sin and make me righteous. Please forgive me and redeem me Lord Jesus, and write my name in the Lamb's book of life. I commit my life to you and will serve you for the remainder of my life. I will pray, learn your word and worship with your church to become your disciple. Thank you Lord for cleansing my heart of sin and making me eligible for heaven.
